I'm early by a few days, but since this weekend is Thanksgiving here in Canada (it's a long weekend, Sat-Sun-Mon) I'm heading home as soon as I'm done classes tomorrow and I won't be back until late Monday. If you're celebrating with family at all this weekend, have a blessed, relaxed time, and thank God for your blessings this weekend. (Heck, do it and enjoy the weekend even if it's NOT Thanksgiving!)

Happy Thanksgiving to all our brothers and sisters in Canada.
This topic reminded me of a story I heard...
Two Pastors met at a meeting. One was from the USA and the other was from the UK. They started talking and discovered they had many interests in common.
Over coffee the Pastor from the UK asked "what's your next holiday here in the colonies?" The Pastor from the USA thought for a moment then said "I guess that would be Thanksgiving we celebrate it in November." "Do you celebrate Thanksgiving in the UK?"
"Oh yes", the British Pastor replied. "But we celebrate it in January." "January!!??" the American Pastor answered, "why then?"
Drinking his coffee, the British Pastor replied "That's when they left!"
Guess they're always two sides to a story. ;)
