We often find our faith is unsure
Weak, and to a degree impure



Which can lead us off the path, it can lead us astray
Like oh so many people in the world today



Jesus once told a lame man to walk
And at first he doubted it, thought it just talk



But Jesus pressed him to stand on his feet
And the lame man did, it was a miraculous feat



The man thought the Lord was the one responsible
“No” Jesus said, it was his faith that made him able



For if we ask we shall receive
And eternal life is ours if only we believe



So when faced with troubles in this life
Don’t give up in the face of strife



Put your faith in God and His promises
Believe in what the bible says



For the pure in faith there is no trouble
God is with them in their earthly struggle



The Deceiver would tempt you to doubt
It is what Satan’s life is all about



Believe in God, believe in his word
Stand firm in your faith and pray, and you will be heard



There is nothing the Lord cannot cure
Keep the faith, doubt not, and always be sure
