I was wondering why all of a sudden thoughts of my ex extremly abusive boyfriend were popping up in my head and now I know why. He has gotten out of jail!!:cry: There are times like these when I really wish I would of listened to my mom! :BI am kinda worried because he knows where my mom lives and where my church is, but thank God I have an order of protection against him and also I am back in right standing with God so I know he will keep me safe. I just dont want any drama I went through so much with this boy. what should I do?? :help: He sent me an email today and that goes against the order of protection I have against him, I dont know where is he though, his myspace says he is still in albany but I dont know if that is true or not. ugh why cant I just listen sometimes!!

I would print that email out and take it straight to the officer that has assisted you with the order of protection. At the very least, call him/her and let them know you received the email.

This guy needs to know that you mean business and he is to drop all attempts to contact you. If he believes that you are afraid of him and will let things slide, it will only make him bolder.

Take good care of yourself, and please don't contact him, see him or speak with him at all. Keep yourself safe, and if you'll be out and about, tell people when you expect to be back. If you're concerned, consider carrying a phone with you. I'm praying for you. :hug:

Thank You ladies I am going to take your advice, I will be going down to the police station tomorrow and letting them know. Also I will be updating my can of pepper spray just in case.

Did you know that it's highly recommended that if you're going to carry pepper spray, that you use it on yourself? They recommend that so that if you have to use it and some ends up getting on you, you know what to expect and can deal with it in an emergency.

Police officers have to be sprayed as part of their testing and training. OUCH! But it prepares them for getting sprayed in an intense situation.

Let me respond to that last part with a huge WHAT!!!!

lol actually yesterday I accidentally got some on my thumb and I am still in my habit of sucking my thumb....needless to say I was surprised!! :lol: I hope I never have to use the stuff but I will practice outside in my backyard on some trees. :D Safer for me and I bet the squirrels may enjoy it too. :rolleyes: well maybe not.:P But thanks I have absolutly no intention on talking to the creep none at all, even when I start to think of him my blood get to burning. :mad: Lord help me to forgive!:pray:
