Do you know a woman through whom God is accomplishing an amazing work or ministry? Please tell me about her. Her story could be just the encouragement other women are seeking. I am interested in meeting and/or hearing about women God is using to minister to an encourage others.

I am looking for stories about ordinary women, who in obedience to God, went out on a "faith" limb and allowed God to do an extraordinary work through them. I am interested in possibly using the stories for publication, so it does not matter where the woman lives. If I use a particular story, I would like to be able contact the subject (or vice versa), if possible. Any story about "the woman next door" and God's unexpected work in her life would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your reply!

My friend is starting a class at the end of this month for women. It's to last eight weeks and end in a retreat. She has written a workbook as well. Not sure if this is what you're interested in though.

I knew a lady a couple of years ago who is a two-time breast cancer survivor who ended up with Lympoedema. She couldn't continue with her job as a CNA, so she went into prison ministry, working with the ladies at one or two of the prisions in my state. If you wish, I can give you her email address so you can talk with her about it. I know she wouldn't mind.
