This past Sunday I was ordained as an Elder in my church. It's truly amazing to see God working in my life and in the direction He's leading me... I think :lol:

Two years ago if He had informed me what His plans would lead to when He took me out of a church where all was good to go, (I thought at that time) to a new chruch where I didn't even speak the primary language AND that I'd be an elder... at that time, I'd have dug my heels and would have outclassed Moses in all the "I can't's" we read about. Now... 2 years later as God has prepared me and allowed me to witness and personally experience what He is capable of through me and those around me who surrendered to Him... I'm running.

Slug, that is WONDERFUL. Isn't it awesome how God surprises us, and sets us on a new path to serve Him? He's SO good. Praising with you! :)
