Good afternoon to all, as its afternoon here, I’am new here, Happy to be around blessed forum family.
I was in situation which I want to share, as it also puzzled me.
Last week I met a woman (age about 30) in downtown, were I stopped here (spontaneously without noticing what she looked like) to give her information about Jesus. She had tattoo over her body, pierced many places on her face, looking like satanic or Goth style. Suddenly she stopped and told me in a whispering like voice. “Jesus don’t love me, He think I’ am a whore! “. I answered spontaneously. “Of course Jesus love you, Jesus loves us all what matter we have done”. She repeated twice or thrice: “No no no, he thinks I ‘am a whore of Babylon, he hate me!”. I started to feel something creepy about her, and her voice was very sneaky in some how (like whispering). But I told myself to not give up, and being careful of taking any assumption to early, because my head was suddenly full of thoughts. I asked her to stop talking and instead listening, as I noticed there was something in her keeping here mumbling, and hindered her from focusing on my words. I asked her a question in similarity to this “Do you want to receive Jesus as your Lord?” She answered, “Yes, yes, I want I want, but He don’t want me, He don’t want me” shaking her face. She kept repeating the same answer over and over again each time I told her I could help her if she want to. She was not listening, then I lauded my voice at here, and asked Yes or No? Suddenly she said yes Then I told her to repeat after me the sinner’s prayer. She couldn't’t say after me Jesus please forgive me in the beginning, but after several attempts (with me praying in heart) She made it. However, once we were done. I told her now she have to know Jesus and talk to Him, and in the middle of my meaning, she interrupted me, with the same voice, saying NO NO; he don’t want me! I told here to not let the demons convince her something else. When I mentioned the word demon, she suddenly stopped mumbling, looking at my eyes, and whispering following: “answer me please please, I will not sue to the police, nor will I tell anyone about you, but have you seen a demon with your own eyes. I said No. She kept telling me about demons and tried to give me an imagination of daemon being in my family. Once she mentioned my family. I understood that there was something devilish in her game. I told her immediately that I was not interesting. She insisted that I have to listen to her, and wanted my to confirm with a Yes, so she could continue. However, I resisted with a No. She approached me more and more, and once I turned my head to the side, trying to move from that spot, she grabbed my jacket, and wouldn’t let me go. However, I was not afraid. I looked at her and removed her hand from my jacked, and went to my friend, trying to ignore her. She kept following me and now grabbing and hanging over my shoulders, in same time claiming to other around me, that I was not helping her answering her question about Jesus (blatant lie). Now, I shook her from my shoulders, and went to another person. My friend, went in conversation with her, meanwhile I was in a bit away from them. After a while even he left her. I asked her, what happened; he told me she asked him for money and buying stuff to her. Now she went in conversation with a third Christian guy, him praying on her head. But suddenly she shouted very laud. He tried to continue, but she shouted very laud again, and run away. End of story :)
It seems like possessed people are able to claim the sinner’s prayer (with Jesus name), and in same time not meaning it (this was knew for me, as I thought, they couldn’t). But I also felt that I should have been more “bossy” commanding those demons, not giving them the space to play the game in the arena. Arrrg! Next time!! :D
What do you think? advices or opinions are welcome!

I think you were very brave and also your friend. I wonder if you could have cast the demon out of her, I believe anyone of Christ's faith are able to, especially since she said she wanted to receive Jesus. But I don't know, I am only wondering.

The description of their voice sounds accurate. There's this wiccan minister in my town who used to say things to me. I was a new Christian at this point, days old, and I don't think that he knew I was a Christian before he began saying things to me. He would slip away real sneakily afterwards, staring at me with these shifty eyes and talking in a tone that could only be described as cocky and sarcastic.

The woman insider her probably wanted very much to receive Christ and be free from what was controlling her. Had the demons been cast out, she may have been set free.

popcorn that was very hard to read...next time could you please not change the font settings...so they come out this size and not so small...thanks for us older people with vision problems...
She reminds me of this passage:
Acts 16
16 One day as we were going down to the place of prayer, we met a demon-possessed slave girl. She was a fortune-teller who earned a lot of money for her masters. 17 She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High God, and they have come to tell you how to be saved.”
18 This went on day after day until Paul got so exasperated that he turned and said to the demon within her, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And instantly it left her.
19 Her masters’ hopes of wealth were now shattered, so they grabbed Paul and Silas and dragged them before the authorities at the marketplace.
I would have rebuked it in the name of Jesus. By the way the sinners prayers isn't in the bible...I prayed it hundreds of times and wasn't saved. That may be why she could say it...its not in the bible. Too many think they are saved by saying this and nothing changes...because they don't fully understand what sin is...they don't fully understand why Jesus came nor do they know they have to fully and completely surrender their life to Jesus.
God bless

I thought about it. But not sure. I had a feeling of sarcasm from her all the time, not sure she was telling me the truth. However, I was unsure, not wanting to assume anything else, I took for granted that she indeed wanted to receive Jesus. (rather being lured, then lure). The sarcasm appeared more visible, when I was in the middle of the sinner's prayer with her, and she suddenly trying to correct my speech.
To be honest, I just didn't feel to cast out demons out of her in that moment. But i felt the reason to rebuke her in Jesus name in that event, not letting her taking all attention.

Well, in truth, if you had cast it out and she wasn't ready to receive CHrist, it would have made her worse off. It's a hard call sometimes.
I encountered a similar situation once, and did not cast the demon out because the woman herself was drunk, and could not have understood or made a decision. So I let it remain. But it certainly knew I could have!

Casting out demons is not for amateurs. It requires special training. You can do much harm to yourself and others by trying to do good.
You were right to recognize the problem, but you are not always the solution to the problems of others. We are only one puzzle piece. More pieces are necessary before you can see the full picture.
Demons are real as you found out. Some people are called and equipped to deal with them. If you are not, then it is best to avoid the situation.

Thanks all,
I decided to stay here, as I see the forum is blessed by blessed people, and changed my name to a more proper one "WalkinChirst". Nothing against popcorn, but love to call myself something unbeatable.

I am confussed by what you have written. Is it not Jesus or the Father who casts out demons? I agree no human is a match for satan or his demons, but isn't that why we ask Jesus to do it? Wouldn't God want us to act if we came across this in our path? Wouldn't we just call on our Savior? I have not encountered it, but I would think it would be a bit of a walk it the park for God. He is our protector, I would think we are just the conduit.

Interesting senerio....
I would of had to 'look' at her eyes.. as that is the 'light' of the body.. that willl tell you 'who' is in the house.. from there then take the Authority to Cast out the Devil... or devils.. if present.. and you have discerned their presense..
as a Born Again Chrisitan you have been Given Authority to expel them.. in the Name of Jesus the Christ..
devils will manifest themselves...in the Scripture Jesus knew they were there but He commanded them not to reveal that He was the Holy One.. subdueing them before they could do anything...with His Word...
other times they came running to Him.. realizing who He Was... speaking thru the possessed person as they were afraid that He was going to Torment them before their time...
the devil has a face .. and those he possesses will take on certain characteristics if fully possessed by a wicked evil spirit (devil) unclean spirit..
the point of discernment is the 'eye'...
from your description is sounds like this lady had a spirit of divination...
like the one Paul cast out of the lady who kept following him around and shouting.. these the people who show you the way to salvation.. Paul was grieved in his spirit and discerned this was not 'from God'.. took authority and cast out the spirit out of the damsel...
devils, satan is real.. he uses people and possesses them to do alot of his work and deception...
You can 'see' them and 'hear' them .. if your ears are opened.. and your eyes are opened...
you will see and hear them as they are possessing the wicked around you.....
he that hath ears.. let him hear...

Wow!! I can't even imagine how you must have felt. That had to be kind of disturbing. I can't say that I've had any dealings with casting out demons, but, if I ever need to, I pray that Jesus will be right there with me giving me HIS Words, not mine. Amen.:)
