My landlord has been good to me in the past, but recently he's been hinting that he'd like me to move because I'm behind in my rent. I feel terrible that someone I've known for over 9 years feels this way about me now due to financial issues. I've been struggling to get by with 2 part time jobs, but it's crunch time now and I really need some money quickly or my landlord will actually ask me to leave. Please pray for me that I either find a better job or that these 2 part time jobs, which are tipping jobs, get me enough income so I could make up for the back rent. I feel so bad right now, I don't know what to do. You get a very bad feeling when your landlord wants you out.

Of course you are feeling badly. I will be praying for you to get the income to pay your rent, to have wisdom about money, and to be taken care of in general.

Yes, I am praying that you will be given a way to pay your rent, and am sorry that it has come to this with your landlord.

Thank you, lange and sfash. I know the Lord will hear us in this time of need. I know I'm not the only one struggling during these tough economic times, but I don't want to wind up without a home. I want us all to get through this bad period in our lives. All of us.

I know how that feels, My landlord let his house go into foreclosure without telling me, we didn't have much time to find a place and move out and at the last minute literally,(God is never late by the way) and apt came up we qualified and God provided, If God can provide for the birds of the air, how much more does he love you,
Matthew 6:26
"Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?
My brother is going through hard times financially at our family owned business and last thursday called me for comfort and this scripture came to mind via the Holy Spirit.
John 21:3-6 (NIV)
3"I'm going out to fish," Simon Peter told them, and they said, "We'll go with you." So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing.
4Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus.
5He called out to them, "Friends, haven't you any fish?"
"No," they answered. 6He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.
That my friend is obedience.
Skipscan,
I ask you, where will you cast your nets??? (your net of Fatih)
Be prepared far a bountiful harvest!!! Because you are blessed and highly favored!!!
Love and Peace. The Mighty Sword.

Prayers going up for you and just remember, the Lord knows your situation and HE is faithful to HIS children. Trust in HIM completely, no matter what the circumstances are...walk by faith, not be sight...
:pray::pray:I pray that the Lord place you in a job that will be enough income to keep you out of this situation. Thank YOU, Father for being so faithful to us in hearing and answering our prayers. I pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
Post some of God's promises in your eyesight that you might recite them aloud daily...in the good times and the bad...Alleluia...Alleluia:pp:pp
I have a book that quotes scripture to support what God, the Father has promised HIS children...Here is two:
2 Peter 1:4-8
By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-contol, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.
For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 10:23, 35-37
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for HE who promised is faithful.
Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.
For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise: "For yet a little while, and HE who iscoming will come and will not tarry.:pp:pp
Faith the size of a mustard seed can remove any mountain out of our lives...we have to enforce and walk by faith!
God bless:hug:

I have been there as well. Praying for you to be able to come up with finances. Praying also that this is a time where God can be glorified by your attitude towards your landlord. These are the most difficult but also the most rewarding.
Praying for you...
