Yet another of the Sui Juris Particular Churches of the Roman Catholic Church.

From what I've read, this one is in INDIA.

This makes me wonder: Is there anywhere the Roman Catholic Church DOESN'T have some kind of presence?

There are few places where Rome doesn't have some kind of presence. Although, outside of Western Europe and North America, the relative size of those "sui juris particular churches" is pretty small compared to the other churches that are there. There may indeed be a "Coptic Catholic Church", but compared to the Coptic Church, the Coptic Catholic Church is pretty small (even the Greek Patriarch of Alexandria has a relatively much smaller flock than the Coptic Patriarch of Alexandria). Same goes for other churches, like the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church. Christianity in general isn't huge there, but the "original" Church that was there before Rome got its foot in the door is definitely larger than Rome's church there.

But yeah, Rome has some kind of presence just about everywhere.

India.

Of course, Hinduism is widespread. From what I've heard, the Hinduism practiced by Indians is somewhat different than the Hinduism practiced by Balinese.

I've heard there are also quite a few Muslims in India... and that number is probably growing... just like the number of Muslims in America.

I've heard there are also some Buddhists in India.

From what I've heard, it sounds like the Parsis are predominantly actually Iranian/Persian, even though they LIVE in India.

There are also Jains, Sikhs, etc..
