Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
1 Timothy 4:12

I firmly believe that this verse is how we, as teens must act to our peers. Tell them what Christ has done for you. Live a Christ-centered life. Love like Christ: unconditionally, agape.

Agape love is the perfect love that originates from God and is the characteristic of God.

Be pure, in all of your relationships. Not just in your current ones. All of them.

But, most of all: Tell others about Christ, no matter what they say.

Paul told Timothy this in his second letter:

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.

Do not be afraid of what the others say. Do not be timid in sharing your faith. You may be the only Bible they will ever read.

Amen! That verse has inspired me. And just yesterday i read that other one "For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline" What a precious promise of God!!
