Why does the media news make such a big deal over "Black Friday". Yes it is the kick off to the Christmas shopping season, but so what. In my opinion all it does is promote the materialism of the American society.

In my opinion what this country needs is a bit of grounding. People need to realize they can't buy their kids love with a neat toy or gadget. What is needed is getting back to what the season is all about. The country I live in, America, needs to put Christ back ...

I am finding that the older I get the less I like winter. Although I find winter rather cold, it is dryer when working outside. I would rather work outside while it is snowing rather than when it rains. Snow mostly bounces off you where as rain soaks in.

I am intrigued with this blog thing. Perhaps I will be able to get the hang of all this random talk and thoughts. This may just be a fun adventure.
