In my travels to try and find the right distro that feels good to me I went back to Windows in frustration because nothing felt right to me. XFCE is a desktop for Linux, there are a few GNOME, KDE, XFCE and some more. XFCE is a lightweight Desktop Environment meaning that it can be used for older computers. So I downloaded PCLinuxOS LXDE and decided to try and install XFCE on it through the Software Repository, so far it's good but Firefox seems a bit jerky when I am scrolling. Hi all, I use Linux which is an alternative to Windows. It at one time had a reputation for not being easy, but it is very user friendly. Any one else use Linux out there?
