I am hard pressed to write my thoughts down today.... It's hard to put them into words when you see the degree of suffering close up. I mean, we see it on television all the time.... Live footage of the Japan earthquake pulled at your heart strings.... The news of flood activity.... Twisters everywhere.... The stuff was made for television.... But to see it.... All up close and in your face.... To physically be there.... To see peoples memories.... Their hard work.... Their life.... Stacked up ...

Last night while working, it suddenly occurred to me why not pray, praise, sing, talk to my Lord Jesus. After all I spend pretty much 8 hrs working alone. I don't listen to music while at work...yet I thank God for the inspirational thougth. And that is exactly what I proceeded to do. I started of with a prayer/songish kind of thing, then I'd talk to God, then I'd sing, praise or even got quiet to ponder what my feelings and thoughts were in my relationship with Jesus, ...

Dear Blog,

My family, sans father, has been trying to reconnect with me. I'm not sure how to deal with it. I've certainly gone to prayer. I did break down and call one my brothers, younger, he was desparately trying to get a hold of me, and I felt compassion for him. He said he loved me and missed me and wanted me to move back 'home'. I was choked up and had a difficult time talking on the phone with him. He knows our father was not very kind to me, I was the only one my father targeted, ...

Just going through the day today was interesting.... To say the very least.... Like I was sitting in my car at the library.... And I was waiting in front of the doors because I was only there to drop off and pick up a friend who needed to rent some movies.... But I guess some folks don't like when you do that.... I had two ladies pull up right behind me (I suspect they thought that when I saw them I would move).... And then (I'm serious) act EXTREMELY put out that they had to go around me.... One ...
