To really understand Arminianism in my opinion (which was a response to the Cavinism of his Institutes) one has to start with an understanding of original church doctrine which would today be considered a type of synergism (God initiates, God alone justifies, God alone has the power to save, it is not of man because God owes no man anything, as all have sinned, but a response from man who is created with free will is sovereignly required before God will save in the temporal), then explore the difference between what became Roman Catholicism vs Orthodox (note that the Orthodox did not hear of or pay attention to Augustine for about 100 years and ended up with a totally different view of what we call original sin...I actually find their view to be correct), then understand the true Augustine (which does not deny the role of man's free will) and where Calvin took Augustinianism to an extreme, then you can see Arminianism in its true light as first a response...then finally note that post Arminian Calvinists (responding to some of Arminius's points) "reformed" Calvinism at the Synod of Dort. Now we have all forms of Calminians and Arminivists.

Hyper Calvinists and hyper Arminians are stuck in their "doctrine" having to ignore or re-interpret the many scriptures that refute or oppose there extreme views. Their doctrine is almost worshipped and held by each to be what one must believe to be truly understanding scripture and they judge any who do not see their extremism as being in denial of the word of God (nothing could be further from the truth).

This has caused a major schismatic arguing in the body of Christ for about 500 years. The truth MUST allow for all the scriptures...predestination AND free will will be compatible in the truth as they both are clearly taught in the scriptures...

The phenomenon is nothing short of a lack of the very fiber of truth that sets us free from "frustration". If indeed someone is truly suffering from frustration, than as scriptures tells us,"We will know them by their fruits". You see God is not a god of frustration, He is a God of peace, love, joy, understanding. Frustration is one of Satan's tools. Prayer is only good for those who can pray according to Gods will. You cannot pray while being frustrated. Humble yourself to Gods will and seek his face in all things present, past and future and do not worry. For a strong form of frustration comes from worry and worry comes from not trusting in the Lord.

Way cool! I will now have one phone line for all purposes (on three floors) including fax, voice, etc and even faster mps for the Internet. New IP address, however - not a big problem.

A lot of people aren't ready for Jesus to return. THAT right there is frustrating to me.

I'm not doing a real good job of witnessing to other people. PLUS, I'm not getting near as many opportunities to do so as I'd like.

The fact that the world is full of unsaved people has been bothering me more for the last two years than it ever has before in my life.
