  1. SHOOT'N FROM THE HIP: Cunning as a serpent....

"Telling the whole truth doesn't always mean telling everything you know."
    -Left Behind, Tim LaHaye.

    (Eph 4:29 AMP)
Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil word nor unwholesome or worthless talk [ever] come out of your mouth, but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others, as is fitting to the need and the occasion, that it may be a blessing and give grace (God's favor) to those who hear it.

  2. SHOOT'N FROM THE HIP: What a beautiful song....

Sitting in church last night was.... As usual.... A wonderful and fulfilling experience.... There was a bit of teaching.... Yes.... But mostly we just praised and prayed.... And I was sitting right in front of a woman who was intent on praising her Lord.... She sang and prayed and praised....

She couldn't carry a tune in a bucket....

I spent a night in Nashville Tn. with the girls this weekend. Our intent was to go and have a much needed "girls night out" ...what I received was a much needed revival of compassion in my heart.
As I walked around the city, I encountered Jesus everywhere I went. HIS intent for my "girls night out" was one I will cherish always.
I met a man name Lewis. The "most famous homeless man in Nashville" is how he introduced himself to us. He shared with us candidly ...

  5. SHOOT'N FROM THE HIP: The oil of joy....

(Isa 61:3 KJV) To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

I have been through something dear ones.... Something so hard it is rather difficult to put into words.... Yet I will try.... Because I have learned greatly from it....
