At this point, I am just plain... frustrated. Muscle building is going very slowly. I am realizing more and more that I made a lot of serious mistakes back in the late 1990's/early 2000's. I am really regretting some of those mistakes now.
So... you can say, you can think but UNTIL YOU DO, all you say, and all you think... means nothing. So apply the scriptures, don't just talk about them, don't just think about them... APPLY THEM!
