This week I was able to visit a city and do some walking around. The parking garage was a distance away from the destination so I was able to walk several blocks to the area I was to visit. Anger is one of the most paralyzing emotions we have. When we get angry it seems like there is nothing else happening in the entire world other than what just took place to make us so mad. It consumes us and many times we fly off the handle
