Through my attempts at muscle building, I have come to realize that my stamina, energy, and flexibility aren't near what they need to be. I already realized that my balance was and is horrible.
My stamina and energy have improved considerably since I started my muscle building efforts.
I'm taking Pilates classes when they are available. My poor balance is a major impediment in these classes. If there were Ninjutsu/Ninjitsu classes around here, maybe I could take one

I was reading through a friend's Blog this past January when he posted a blog concerning what Christians "like" about a church that makes or breaks the decision they may make in not attending, or in leaving a church, for another. I commented on the "Worship" portion of his blog and I happened to come upon those comments tonight as I browsed through all the many blogs entrees... here are my comments:
