Apparently, the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains are overlapping cultural areas/groupings for American Indians. For example, apparently, the Blackfeet, Bloods, and Piegans were and/or are native to both the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains. Again, some of what I posted in earlier blogs on this subject may have been incorrect.
