  1. update on American Indian research

    Apparently, the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains are overlapping cultural areas/groupings for American Indians.

    For example, apparently, the Blackfeet, Bloods, and Piegans were and/or are native to both the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains.

    Again, some of what I posted in earlier blogs on this subject may have been incorrect.

    In my travels to try and find the right distro that feels good to me I went back to Windows in frustration because nothing felt right to me.

    Well I didn't stay long as I have the Linux bug and reinstalled Linux, this time PCLinuxOS (PCLOS for short from now on) XFCE and I liked it but somethings could have been different. One thing was the wbar, a dock, would not start every time I logged in and auto login isn't working (what can I say I am lazy ).

  5. . . . of Judah's captivity, shame, sorrow, and the "70 weeks" prophecy . . .

    I'm sure that we all remember the reasons for Judah's captivity in Babylon to begin with:
    II Chron. 36
    15 The LORD, the God of their fathers, sent word to them again and again by His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place;
    16 but they continually mocked the messengers of God, despised His words and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against His people, until there was no remedy.
    17 Therefore
