    Gen 40:1-23; 1 Cor 3:16-23; Mark 2:13-22

Notes: In prison, Joseph interprets dreams for the Pharoah’s cupbearer and baker. Because the cupbearer will be restored, he asks him to tell Pharoah about the injustice he has suffered, but he does not.

    Outstanding passage: 8-15, 23
8 "We both had dreams," they answered, "but there is no one to interpret them."
Then Joseph said to them, "Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams."

  4. Giving thanks

by , Feb 13th 2008 at 09:43 PM (My small part in appreciating the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.)
"Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name." psalm 100:4

Some things I am thankful for
    Salvation
    My dear husband
    Loving children
    My Dad
    My Mom
    The sun
    The rain
I am thankful for the littlest things like the blanket my sister knitted for me with a large hole in it. She made it with love and it was her first try. I love my blanket.
    The gifts and talents

Posting on days when I am already involved in a Bible Study seems to be a problem for me... but, I am here today...
    Or not....

Well, yesterday didn't happen.... Let's see if we can get it done today, since I have no advance reading for tonight's bible study.

    Gen 37:25-36;1 Cor 2:1-13; Mark 1:29-45

Notes: The story of Joseph in Egypt, begun yesterday is continued today. Reuben's plan to save Joseph from death is now complicated as Midianites ...
