  1. . . . of the beast, harlot, and physical death . . .

One of the critical aspects of the "millennium" has to do with the beast in this verse:

    Rev. 20
4Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life and reigned with

  2. Death . . . and the "postmillennial" Return of Christ

Now, if Christ's Second Coming is "postmillennial" and so on, then that would mean that DEATH is everywhere on earth before He returns. In other words, that's what the "millennium" is about--DEATH.

Indeed, DEATH is the "last" enemy that Christ is currently ruling over as King right NOW during our current age:

  3. Death . . . and the millennium . . .

Let's look at this scripture very closely:

    Rev. 20:4
Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
    Indeed, the scripture ...
  4. . . . apropos Death, Time, and Mortality . . .

Recently, I have been thinking about the eschatological implications of Death, Time, and Immortality. Three global dialectics came to the fore, and I provide them below for our collective consideration:

    1) DEATH, TIME, and MORTALITY go together.

How do we know this? Well, here's what Paul wrote on it (which I'm sure we all know already):

    Romans 6
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ

  5. . . . of resurrections and deaths

Let's look at these verses again from Rev. 20 apropos the first resurrection:

    Rev. 20
    4 Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand;
