Relatives that Live within.

Why the strange heading or is it?

To-day it has been wonderfully cold, although
the cold weather effects me greatly I have tried
to prepare for it.

This week my Wife and I travelled to Conwy
which sits within a castle by the river, very
picturesque. As we alighted the bus we had
time to visit our favourite cake shop, and my
Wife bought me a new hat from an old
fashioned craft shop just along the road
from were we were going for an appointment
at 12 o'clock.

The Hat reminds me of the flat caps worn by
miners and slate Quarry workers early last
century.

Anyway we made our way to our yearly
check up at the dentist. After examination
the practitioners decided we would need
fillings for both of us. As I came out from
the dentist into the waiting room, another
client was sitting waiting and said to me
how she hated coming to the dentist.

It took me back 15 or more years ago,

that's how I was then, perhaps terrified
would be too strong, but it stopped me
going anywhere near the place.
Remembering back, some of my teeth
had gone rotten because of my fear.

This was the time of a life changing
experience, that was, asking for the
Baptism in the Holy Spirit. Because of the
Lord Jesus I was able to ask, for help to
cope with going to the dentist, although
probably I would have liked to receive
healing, but instead receiving a calm for
my fears and an ability to Trust in the
indwelling Holy Spirit.

Whoosh I was back, and still experiencing
that same calm that I received back then.
