Through my attempts at muscle building, I have come to realize that my stamina, energy, and flexibility aren't near what they need to be. I already realized that my balance was and is horrible.
My stamina and energy have improved considerably since I started my muscle building efforts.
I'm taking Pilates classes when they are available. My poor balance is a major impediment in these classes. If there were Ninjutsu/Ninjitsu classes around here, maybe I could take one to help improve my balance. I don't think there are any around here.
