Welcome to the Devotions forum! We hope this forum will be a blessing to you, and draw you closer to the Lord through meditation on the Word and the writings of godly men and women. We hope to post some scripture verses and/or an excerpt from a devotional reading here frequently, and we welcome your comments and original contributions!
However, we will keep this a NO CONTROVERSY forum, so please, no debates or arguments regarding the writer's or any other poster's thoughts. If you would like to debate a topic presented here, please begin a new thread in the appropriate forum.
We also welcome suggestions and contributions for devotional materials; these would have to be in the public domain (no active copyright), and consistent with the basic board rules and guidelines. The board rules can be found here (http://bibleforums.org/forum/showthread.php?t=59397). If you wish to post a new devotional here that is not original, and you are unsure about the copyright, please PM me (Mercy4Me) first so I can check on the copyright of the piece. All devotions that are posted here that are under copyright will be deleted, unless proper permission has been granted for reprinting.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE BOARDS:
If you desire to post a devotional, and you are new to the boards, we require that you post an introduction first in the Introductions forum; we also require a minimum of 10 posts prior to beginning a new thread here. Any new threads that are not in keeping with this requirement will be deleted. You are welcome and encouraged, however, to post comments on previous devotions here!
