She does seem to like it! Or at least she loves the attention from her mother.

However, I notice her blinking her eyes a lot. I would personally not recommend brushing your hair over a baby's face and eyes that way. I can't stand it when I get a strand of hair in my eye!

My husband does that with his beard and it drives our toddler nuts - laughter and irritation.

You're right about avoiding the eyes, but the cheeks and under the chin would be fine.

It looks like she's having fun. My son liked it... up until the day he learned how to grab my hair and pull. Wow, could that boy pull... Then the hair tickling stopped!

thats funny, my babies laughed too. My big kids (3 and 4)say do that again mom. My own hair drives me bonkers when I get tickled with it. I hate being tickled.

I think the baby enjoyed it the first few times but then it looks like it became uncomfortable. The baby didn't have the coordination to rub its face like we would do after something like that, so I think it would only be good once or twice.

Too much of a tickling stimulus is pain.

I think both were amused. I agree that too much can be irritating, so it should be kept at a gentle level so that the baby would enjoy it and want more later.
