Time For God

Help me to find time to be with you
When my husband’s gone
When the kids are asleep
Let me steal away time with you
Even if dishes are piled in the sink
And there’s laundry in the floor
Let me make time for you
Help me to forget about mopping
Or sweeping or dusting
I need to be still
And know you are God
Please calm my spirit Lord
So I can focus on you
And remember who God is
