Back at work...

FYI - I started work last week for a small company and at first I wasn't too sure about but I think this will work out for the best.

1. The company is 3/4 mile from home. I can walk to work just about every day
2. Very relaxed. 9 - 5 including 1 hour lunch.
3. I am the senior developer and if this works out, I will be promoted to project manager and recover the 15% paycut I lost
4. I am retooling software that will help our customers make money - therefore we make money
5. I will have influence on hardware/software purchases
6. Likely we will enter into a VAR (value added relationship) with other companies.

In case no one has said it before - God is Good.
