IP Address Ranges in - webnet77

Hello,
I have downloaded a IPToCountry database from the webnet77 website at
http://software77.net/cgi-bin/ip-country/geo-ip.pl?action=downloadZ .

I see an IP Address range that I though is incorrect. Please let me know otherwise?
"2624585728","2624716799","ARIN","694656000","US","USA","UNITED STATES"
"2624585728","2624651263","RIPE","694656000","EU","EU","EUROPEAN UNION"
