View Full Version : God Healed My Cat!

My little (actually not so little) Buffy...My "barn" kittie... who I rescued from starvation about 8 years ago, My dog-cat that won't let me out of his sight. I mean this cat has more personality than any cat I have ever had and I have had many :o

Two years ago, he swallowed a fox-tail. While it was still in his mouth, I tried to extract it but instead of getting it out, he inhaled it. After back and forth to the local vet, I finally took him to the experts where they have kittie interns and surgeons, etc.

They found the foxtail lodged in his lung. He went to surgery and had part of his lung removed. I wasn't sure if he was going to make it but he pulled through and soon was chasing his sister barn kittie around the house and driving her nuts again. He had a complete recovery.

About a month ago, he came inside with another foxtail. Before I could comb it out it was in his mouth...and he swallowed it. I was so afraid for him but I did not have the money this year to take him to the vet.

Sure enough, he started getting sick. He became lethargic, was not eating, had diarrhea and was getting sicker and sicker. I think he was running a fever and the foxtail was lodged somethere in his GI tract. He must have had an infection, also. I began crying out in earnest to the Lord.

He started taking a turn for the better...and better...and better . Now, he is eating, waking me up again in the morning, chasing his sister and driving me nuts, lol. I so love my Buffy! He is just perfectly fine.

My God healed my Buffy through Divine intervention, alone!

I don't know what a fox-tail is (I only know of the actual one attached to the back end of, well, a fox.... you know, the animal!) but all the same, I am so glad your feline friend is alright. I know how much we love our pets, and I'm glad God's calmed your heart and that you're experiencing the relief that comes with knowing Buffy's okay!

God bless!

Praise be to God!

My dear sister had a similar experience with one of her pets. The cat had a huge mass of infection on the top of it's head. She prayed over it and the mass broke and started draining the infection right then and then. I do believe the Lord loves our animal friends too!

Absolutely, He loves animals. They are part of His creation that He suffered for on the cross to redeem. It's not all about us.

I am happy for you and add my thanks to God to the expressions of thanks from others.

Profound! I believe that also! I often worry about them because I live in an area where there are cougars, owls and coyotes (and foxtails!). I keep them in at night but still get concerned because those predators can come around anytime. And I want them to be able to enjoy the outdoors so I let them out.

A few days ago, as I was thinking about them, the Lord whispered to me, "......, do you think you care more about those kitties than me?" It was sweet, but a bit humbling. God loves the animals  More than me.

I'm so glad!

As I sit down with my first cup of coffee and my Bible , he comes next to me every AM for his AM pat, purr, and more pats while my computer warms up.

This morning during that time, I told him he is now famous and he has brought glory to God

....more purrs...
