Would appreciate advice for helping a good friend

A good friend of mine is looking into using drugs. Being someone who used to hang around people who smoked pot, I know this isn't a wise decision for him. What should I do exactly to try to sway him away from trying drugs?

What is the intended drug?

Is this a minor? If so, the parents need to be notified, even if you have to do it anonymously.

Hi there. It is so awesome that you want to save your friend from ruining his/her life.(I don't remember if you said he/she) See how long my attention span can be. LOL

I agree with TanyaP....also, you could possibly point out others that have messed up their life with drugs...Ask that person if that is their dream....Maybe you should also, try to talk about Jesus, if they'll listen...Tell that person what the Lord has done in your life....everybody has a story!!!!

You, yourself, pray for this friend. I wll pray for your friend, because I, from experience, know how drugs will, not might, mess up your life big time~~~~~
