When Can I Send and Receive PM's?

I am a fairly new member with close to 20 posts. I was wondering when I will be able to send and receive pm's. Thanks.

You can send them today, byt going into your User Control Panel, and, going into the Edit Options, or, something like that, and, clicking the box where it says enable Private Messaging. Hope this helps.
