I just want to thank God for last weekend.
Last weekend I sat for my German Speaking exam. This was not a practice, this was the real thing, which goes towards my school leavers certificate! :o
I went to bed early on Friday night, and I read over my Bible and went to bed. Then before I knew it, I woke up at 1am and I was sick. I'll omit the details of what was happening, but I wasn't well at all.
I then woke up at 6:30am and I was still feeling quite ill. And I can cancel out that it was not due to nerves, because I can speak the language almost fluently! I prayed hard. I prayed not to be sick, because if you are sick for an exam like this - even with a doctor's certificate - there is no way you can re-sit it. (I know, strict system here).
I managed to eat a small breakfast. And then it was off to the examination centre. I was the second candidate, and I walked into the room and performed my best. And I wasn't sick at all.
I was actually sick later that night, but my prayer was answered! I couldn't be happier! Thank you God! :D This exam meant so much to me, and I just can't stop thanking him! I feel so grateful to him. I don't know what else to do!
And if you're wondering...I'm feeling much better now. Some nasty viruses getting about...
