Anyone know of a good testimony-type book to give a luke-warm 'christian' mate of mine?

I had one a while ago with alot of honest short testimony's from Christians who did some real evil before coming to christ but i forgot its name as it got passed around my mates. Anyway, he expressed interest in something like that and i wouldnt mind investing in such a book just for him.

NB. I would prefer nothing too charo or soppy, but something of real people who are honestly explaining their walk. :)

I would recommend a book called 'Save Me From Myself' by Brian 'Head' Welch, former guitarist for the band Korn. The book will blow you (and your friend) away.

Two books come to mind:

'The Case for the Real Jesus' and 'The case for Christ', both by Lee Strobel. Both can be found in bookstores, or online, if your interested.

A third book, which is a bit more in depth, and a bit harder to read is "Mere Christianity' by C.S. Lewis.

Yeah, not after stuff that basically explains Christianity, sort of need him to read something that is more of a kick up the bum recalled by someone who recieved one. Understand?
