Had Tingling Fizz red feeling?

Have you ever felt a tingling red feeling around your body or face? not the fizzy numb feeling; but a diffent type of fizz feel.
Rarely sometimes my fore head goes red or around me i feel that fizzy tingling feeling; does that sound a bit alien to you? Is this normal?

Yes - typically I get it in one foot, almost as if it's pulsing. I think it's sciatica linked to my slipped discs, but there's also the hormone issue when my whole body does a 'Mexican wave' ...
