God hears and heals!

A few week's ago I asked for prayers for healing of my back here, in my prayer group, and of a few of my friend's and relatives. I have a serious condition called stenosis in which arthritis causes extreme pain at times and makes it hard to stand long or walk very far.

Well, God is healing me of this condition. I am so much better and so glad about it! :pp I am feeling a little stiffness but virtually no pain. My D.O. has helped considerably and the treatment there. I haven't even had to go for treatments again in the last three weeks. Many prayed for me; but the big breakthough happened when a young person in training for ministry in our church program prayed for me..right after that things kept getting better and better.

I am trusting this will continue..:pray:

Hey, I even got an indoor exercise bike and am riding it every day between posting here sometimes not to mention normal standing and walking.

So..giving God the praise and glory for this..:amen:

A little while ago I heard news from an old friend – the kind of news no one ever wants to hear: His wife passed away this morning from metastatic breast cancer.
All too often, the God who heals doesn't.
I wrote this poem six years ago after the funeral of another person who died far too young, Peter Himmelman's sister Suzie.
May the God who sometimes heals heal all of the time, and may sorrow no longer be known.
