I think the "error" you're arguing against and the "answer" you've provided are entirely unrelated.
Your error is on a matter of timing. Specifically, you're calling into question how often a church is to perform the supper.
But your "rebute" of this has nothing to do with how often, but merely if they should do it. Simply pulling out a verse that says "the church is subject to Christ" has nothing to do with the number of times or at what times a church is to perform the supper. Note that Christ never said "Do this every day" or "Do this every Passover". He simply said "Do this".

Agreed!!! It's not about how often, as long as we partake of the Lord's supper with a clean and repenting heart! As for me, I would like to have communion in the presence of the Lord, everyday...Amen:pp

Which church do you have in mind? According to the Bible, the church is the people of God who follow the Bible. Are you thinking about a particular religious organization?

I'm still not quite sure what your question is. If you want to take communion in church you do it when the church serves communion. Most of the churches I've ever been to serve communion at least once or twice every month.
If you were to get together with a group of believers and serve your own communion, in remembrance of Jesus, it seems to me you would also be following the instructions of the Bible.
