Sleep on Tummy?

Do you generally Sleep on your tummy or back? or mixed on your side?

Side for me. I used to be a tummy-sleeper but then I got one of those memory foam pillows and it's too firm for me to go facedown. But I'd never go back to an ordinary pillow now.

I usually start out sleeping on my side, then roll over on my back shortly after falling asleep. If I'm really tired, I'll sometimes sleep on my stomach. The only problem is, I tend to drool when I do that.... :blush:

Me too. I can't sleep on my back or stomach.

My stomach, my back, my sides...I mostly wake up on my back but there's no telling for sure.

The other night, I woke up on my stomach, with both of my arms crossed under me. I must've been like that for awhile cuz it took about 10 minutes to get feeling back in my arms. :D

i sleep on my back. only because if i lie on my side my arm falls asleep. :( I would like to sleep on my sides but i dont like my arms falling asleep

No not at all. I feel uncomfortable sleeping my back or stomach.

I sleep every which way. Stomach with my arms tucked under my pillow... side, curled up into a ball... on my back, sometimes... occasionally sprawled out every which way... whenever I've shared a bed with someone, I'm told that when I'm asleep I must be dreaming I'm in battle... because I go every which way, don't stay still at all.... and when I wake up, it looks like my bed got hit by a war zone. About half the sheets are on the bed, the other half (if I'm lucky) are on the floor.... and if I'm not lucky, I've woken up before with one sheet twisted four times around my leg, while I was using another sheet for a pillow and I'd tossed my comforter across the room close to the door!

..... my only explanation is that I either have restless leg syndrome, or drink WAY too much coffee. :lol: Personally, I don't care TOOOOO much.... but I feel very sorry for the man I'll marry one day. ;) And my cat will NOT sleep with me when I visit my mom's house.... not that I blame her... my bed would probably act like a cat-apault! ;)

It's quite alright. If anyone CARES how I sleep or what day I do my laundry on, I'll eat my hat. And if Peter's secretly a sociologist about to publish an epic tome on the lives and habits of Christian web forum posters.... darn it all, I WANT A CUT OF THE ROYALTIES! :lol:

I sleep on my side. I heard that sleeping on your tummy is hard in the internal organs. Sleeping on the back is suppose to be the best.
