The holy spirit

I have trouble with addictions. Right now i'm trying to get rid of them one at a time. We all know that the only way is baby steps. One thing I know for sure is that I can feel the holy spirit in me!:pp.
GOD is completly encouraging my efforts! I know he loves me and he is helping me. I haven't been praying like I should, but he is still helping me!
I feel he knows my heart. Thats why he is helping me without me asking
thru prayer. I don't want to abuse his grace any longer, like I have in the past:thumbsdn:
I have been reading alot of posts in this board and that has opened my eyes alot!
I want to thank EVERYONE here for posting!
We all can learn alot thru the disscusions here.
also I need to read the bible more often than I do.
i will also be praying more
