Dear Lord,

Thank you so much for the following and wonderful happenings:
-The progress that my boyfriend and I are making in our relationship! I know that Your hand is on us and steadily guiding us!
-The permanent job I recently accepted!
-A job that someone in my Bible study recently got (he had been looking for 18 months and this is his first job out of college), that is in his field.
-My friend and her husband have received information about their new little adopted daughter, including a picture. She looks so beautiful and healthy!

You give so much! And ask so little!

I have to post something current for Easter! Christmas and Easter are the best holidays as they actually have such meaning! I love celebrating Christ’s birth and I love celebrating Christ’s resurrection. We watched “The Passion” on Good Friday and it was so awful to see the tremendous brutality in that movie. It is one man’s speculation of how awfully bloody the entire sacrifice was … not just the blood shed on the cross … but the blood shed throughout his torture and suffering for our sins. It is so disturbing to be reminded of such a sacrifice.
