How do i send a pm to another member of the forum ?

Hey Win,

I am a newbie aswell and I guess, that to get a not pre-set avatar, signature, PMs, Blog, etc, one has to have more than 10 posts and to be older than a week, to avoid spaming and stuff, click to go to Bible Forums FAQS (http://bibleforums.org/forum/showthread.php?t=37729).

The minimum requirement for PMing is 30 days and 40 posts. Once both requirements are met, your PMing should activate automatically.
