Hello Pheer,

I did not know about it, and just googled it :]

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Ive been working out for 10 years and did 2 bodybuilding competitions when I was younger. I got into crossfit about 5 months ago, I started with the 300 program and then created my own. It got me all ripped up, but now im functionally strong, and I feel way more agile. Do you know any other programs??

Its a nice system. Considering I am 5'8 230lbs can do 20 pullups, deadlift 400lbs and still run a 8 min mile.
