Packers Fan Site?

I'm thinking about re-starting up a Green Bay Packers Fan site with a forum. What would be the best way of going about building it, and getting fans to the site? Thanks!

I agree, it is a lot of work, especially for the first 6 -12 month while you build content and get your site out.

Once you get to the point where user take it over, then you can take take a step back and concentrate on sustenance and keeping everyone happy.

I have produced several sites for myself in various fields of interest, and many sites for other people.
Those who work on promoting their sites, grow all the time.

I'm really new to building websites, I kind've feel like I'm being thrown into the fire. Learning as I go.
