I was raised by an aethist father and a Catholic mother to be a Catholic. Since I was like 7 or so I rememeber my gradma reading the Bible to me because I was to go to my First Communion. But God had other plans for me. When I was 12 I saw a Billy Graham Special on t.v. and I remember how they said that the Holy Spirit will nudge you gently. I remember that gentle nudging and so I decided to call in. I gave my heart to the Lord right there and then, and things have been differently ever since. I continued to grow in my faith and relationship with the Lord untill about age 17. Thats when I really gave my entire adult life to Him. I cant believe Im 27 now and its been a decade now since that time but time sure flys. I have been doing ministry in my early 20s and long to do ministry now. I sort of had a break and a wilderness experience in my mid twneties and now I am back stronger than ever. I see the enemy against me, but I keep my eyese on Him.

I hardly ever share my testimony with others, but I wanted to this time for some reason.:D

Thank you so much for sharing. It was WONDERFUL to hear about how you came back to Christ -- when we break away, there's NOTHING so amazing as having Him welcome us back. God bless you as you continue to walk with Him! :)

This is a wonderful testimony. God works with ALL ages, like you have just proven here. It's amazing how he can change us eh?

Thank you for sharing. We must walk daily and use the tools of our faith. Prayer, the bible, love. Isn't there a saying that if 'we are not moving forwards (growing in faith) then we are moving backwards?

We must read the bible daily and ask the Spirit of God to reveal new truths. We must be constantly in prayer. We must ACT out our faith daily in everything we do.

When we use the God given tools we grow, when we become lazy or casual - problems arise. Thank you again, love SofTy.

Interesting, i love this testimony when it happened to me after I came home from camp i was bursting to tell people what happened. I think i told my cabin mates but can't be sure. but i of course told my family group what happened. So it was the opposite of what you did. Do not be afraid to share what HE did for you and HE will be grateful to be told about to others. Great testimony!
