I was able to download pictures off my computer previously. But everytime I try to download my ball pictures, I get the error message, download failed? any ideas why? or what I'm doing wrong

Can you describe the source and destination of the files? Where are you "downloading" them to? What application are you using to do this?

Microsoft Word, I'm trying to download them to my album in my profile, they are jpeg

May I ask if the pictures end in .doc or .jpg?

Are the pictures embedded in the Word doc? If so, do you have the original files anywhere?
