KJV database file wrong/corrupt?

I was searching for a verse in the KJV and found a number of verses that spell Noah as "Noe" example Matt 24:37. I am wondering if there are known problems with the KJV database and or any other versions. I've seen other corrupt data in another version but can't recall exactly where.

I think that's how it is spelled in the 1611 version

That is correct. From what I understand, spelling was still very much an experemintal thing in 1611 and there are a whole bunch of whacky words lile "Noe" that are used in that version -- but they are "correct".
