Small praise

My oldest son has always had trouble sitting still in church. He didn't want to stand up during worship & sing, even though I always encouraged him to. He normally goes to church with his dad now, so I don't get to train him in this area on a weekly basis. He is almost 13 now & the kids went with us yesterday. I was very proud to see him actually involved in the worship, singing along & even swaying with the music! It was very good to see that as he is growing up, he is growing in the Lord too! I am still praying for him to choose to follow Christ on his own.

That's great. My teen stands but doesn't sing along either. He claps sometimes but overall I think he's trying to figure out his worship "style."

That is no small praise! Having raised three children myself, I know what a beautiful thing it is when you begin to see your child take those steps to develop their own relationship with the Lord.
It will bring peace to your heart when they leave home and you have the peace in knowing that you have directed them in the path they should take.:hug:
