Topical Index in text or SQL form

I have a Bible database in mySQL, so I can access any book chapter and verse. What I need next is a topical index to the bible, i.e., a keyword or phrase ("giving", "incest", "divorce", etc), and a pointer to an address or addresses in the Bible that pertain to that keyword. Note that this is NOT the same as a concordance. So far I have been unable to download a topical index and I was wondering if any had one, or knows where I can download one.
