Advertisement Forum

Hey.

I was wondering if you could make a forum for people advertise stuff. The reason this wouldn't counteract the banner up there is because the advertisement forum is only in one spot, as the banner is on every page. Cause, I know the banner costs money to put up there.

Am I allowed to advertise like services there? Such as *cough* maybe uh... like building websites for fellow members at discounted prices :):hug:
