Hey everyone,
I would like to announce that the Eastern Chinese Bible Conference will have its annual College & Career conference on Labor Day weekend – September 4th through September 7th, 2009 at Camp Mariah in Fishkill, New York.
This year’s speaker will be Reverend Daniel Hyun. He is the pastor of the Village Church in Baltimore, MD. He received his M. Div from Biblical Theological Seminary and has served in churches in Philadelphia and Baltimore metro areas for the past decade.
Our theme this year is, “Glory: His Glory, Our Life” The theme’s focus is how to find God's glory in our lives. We often face situations in our lives where it is difficult to see God's glory. We look at our life, our friends, our jobs, our family and we find it difficult to pinpoint how God's promises and His glory fits in. It is our hope and prayer that you to recognize God's presence and fullness is in all things as we explore our theme.
We also are trying to improve the conference experience, therefore we have our 2nd annual ECBC contest. We would like you to complete the sentence "I see God's glory in..." by video, slideshow, or essay. The winner will receive a free registration to ECBC. More details can be found on our website.
In addition we are also planning our prayer stations, photo scavenger hunts, assigned seating, fun and informative workshops and much more. We hope you all can make it.
You can register online by visiting ECBC’s website at http://www.ecbcusa.org (http://www.ecbcusa.org/).
Registration fliers are also available online for download.
