Question on Private Messaging

I read the FAQ and couldn't find my answer. I haven't any problem in the past receiving messages but am now. The person I'm PM'ing said they responded but got a message that I wasn't receiving it. How can I change this.?

User Cp (next to ALL Albums)----------->Edit Options (on the left Nav Bar)
ABout halfway down are the settings for the PM's.
If you can't figure it out, then let us know and we can change this in the Mod Cp.
