To Whom It May Concern:
I am a journalist, turned publisher reaching out to you and your organization for assistance. I work in the entertainment field and I am a Christian women. I spend a lot of time in a world where people are judged on how someone, looks, acts, feels, what they say and many times feel and often feel like there must be something outside of this. Contributing and helping others in the world is important to me. God planted a seed in my heart one Sunday, while listening to a testimony at my church home (Faithful Central Bible Church), here in Los Angeles, CA and I am writing in hopes to possibly get the word out to get some water to help it flourish. I am seeking Christians/Faith-based men and women to share their testimonies for a book idea that I will be presenting to a publishing company.
This is just a shot in the dark. I am stepping out on faith. I am in no way trying to scam, disappoint or fake anyone out. I hope that you would hear me out and possibly spread the word to any of your congregation through your bulletin or website that would love to be part of a new revelation called “Hear My Testimony: The Day I Said Yes”.
Each person that submits their testimony and is accepted will get a complimentary copy of the book and also know that 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the nonprofit Homes for the Homeless (www.hfhnyc.org (http://www.hfhnyc.org/)). Additionally, each church orgnization will get a special recognition page inside the book for their support.
I have attached a link to the blog to get the message out. So, I am requesting that this information is circulated in any way that you see fit.
